本人从事皮肤病治疗多年，总结出这个皮肤病“18字箴言”，记住并做到这这18个字，皮肤病见你就绕道。
“防过敏、择饮食、调心态、多运动、常清洁、忌抓挠”
1、防过敏:不养猫狗等宠物，避免接触花粉、粉尘，不宜穿过硬的化纤材质的内衣；
2、择饮食：不吃海鲜、煎炸食品、含添加剂食物、动物蛋白性食物、辛辣刺激食物，多吃含VC和VB的疏菜水果；
3、调心态:保持心情舒畅，避免紧张和焦虑，注意作息时间和规律、劳逸结合、不熬夜，中医经典《黄帝内经》中有句话：“恬淡虚无，真气从之，精神内守，病安从来？”就是这个意思；
4、多运动:每天3公里的运动，增强抗病能力；
5、常清洁:养成良好的卫生习惯，搞好个人卫生，经常清洗，阻断感染因素，忌热水烫洗；
6、忌抓挠：频繁的搔抓，会使瘙痒加重，而且会使处皮肤受损继发感染。
